Let’s Get to the Heart of the Matter: Our Learners
October 31, 2017 @ 10:25 am – 11:40 am America/Chicago Timezone
Wisconsin Center - 201AB
400 W Wisconsin Ave
Milwaukee, WI 53203

Session Description
In this session we will explore the importance of fostering our learner’s mindset to be the driver of growth, independence and reflector of their own learning. Nurturing a learner who feels empowered is the key to helping them see that they are able to drive their own growth, set their own goals and feel an integral part of the community. We will see short videos of kids discussing how they drive their learning in the classroom, teachers discussing how learner efficacy is fostered as well as a time for questions with a panel of learners from our KM Explore classroom.
