Session Description
At Norris Academy learners begin their journey with a reflection and development of a comprehensive learner profile to develop a deep understanding of their unique strengths, talents and interest. Learners engage multiple people to form their learning network that will guide, support and enhance their learning experiences while at Norris Academy and into their future. In this session you will learn about the unique roles of the learning network and hear how each person plays an integral role in empowering the learner in developing the Profile, Plan, Pathway and Proof of skill development and competency attainment for future success.

Johnna Noll is the Executive Director of Norris Academy where she provides visionary leadership to guide the development, implementation and scaling of Norris Academy as a world-class educational service provider. She is an innovative thinker who is passionate about student centric learning and the mission at Norris Academy; Changing lives through the power of learning to ensure that every student reaches his or her fullest potential. Johnna has provided staff development locally, regionally and with a national audience through personal and video presentations, webinars, and panel discussions. Her work has been honored by Apple Distinguished Programs, P21 Exemplar Schools, and National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.

Paula Kaiser is the Director of Development at Norris Academy, as well as the Founder and Director of Coaching at Activate Pathways. At Norris Academy she is responsible for the strategic development of the Academy as educational service delivery provider.
